Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?

I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

    Select accounts and then suspension in the various category dropdowns.

    They claim that they replied to all tickets within 24 hours 24/7. But they still haven't replied to my ticket(s) and many others here have documented that their support tickets also get ignored. And those who have gotten messages from other departments within Microsoft support have said that those tickets aren't appearing on their system. Nor do our reward support tickets appear on our account support ticket history. But you should still submit them anyway and keep track of your support ticket number so you have documentation that you attempted to contact them sometimes multiple times without recourse.

    All the fields are grayed out in that link. That's the issue we all have

    My account has been suspended since Dec 1st. I have not done any of their violation clauses like vpn's or automated rewards use.

    I sent in a ticket on that day, but I still have not heard back. I called Microsoft support but they insisted they're not a part of that...

    This is awful customer service. I get gamepass ultimate and buy games straight from Microsoft. I may go to their page and do a request for arbitration if this goes on much longer.

    Yeah must have been suspended around the same time either December 1st or the 2nd. I wouldn't buy anything from Microsoft anymore. Not after this. Try the arbitration, maybe it will work.

    I heard people submitted that other online form, not the arbitration form and they got canned rude responses.

    I even asked Bing Chat, the AI, why I was banned and it cut me off! That's a rude AI!

    Same here. I was actually inactive for a while not doing rewards. I clicked the banner on my Windows 11 login screen and when it openend the browser to see my rewards dashboard I got the banned message. Submitting tickets isn't possible.

    Using the devtools I actually tried filling the form, removing all the disabled state from the form fields. Did not help. When submitting I got an error saying "It's not you, it's us", asking me to submit a ticket using the same form.

    I understand it's a free program but still, this is really unfriendly towards customers. I am glad I used the majority of my points earlier this year and haven't actually saved up more. I'll just give up on this program alltogether.
