Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?

I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

    My account got suspended back in December 2023. It was due to me allowing my friend (both of us with disabilities.) to use one of my systems. He forgot to tell me he was going to play and it stuffed us up. I'm on the verge of a complete nervous breakdown as it seems no one cares. I have tried to fill out the form like others mentioned they dont work. It doesn't matter what device, browser you are on, this is connected to your account... There is NO PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL address to contact Microsoft Rewards as its all freakin AI and no customer service.... I get it I made a mistake but to be straight up suspended without warning is rude and un professional. I have been to HQ in my state and rang the number they gave me which was t o Microsoft and they sayd "OH WE DONT DEAL WITH THAT" FILL OUT THE FORM (remember you can't) and as soon as you say you cant they hung up on you.... I have tried every freaking trick in the book.... I guess Microsoft doesn't care anymore. I'm sorry but this is garbage and people will be going to CONSUMER AFFAIRS, or the OMBUDSMAN. FIX IT

    I smell a class action lawsuit.

    They are doing this under false pretenses to trim their bottom line for share holders.

    Conservatively speaking, if the average user redeems $5 a month, and they suspend 100,000 accounts, they save $6 million per year.
