Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?

I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

    I don't actually know! I sent to maybe a dozen different emails and the response came back from a different one. I think I just caught someone at the right time or caught the right assistant who passed it on. If you search for Microsoft executives you can probably find some email addresses to try. And the email I received from was coded with a case number so that wouldn't be useful to you either. Once my account was restored they didn't respond any further, but I did raise the concerns that a lot of us were having. Whether those went anywhere or not, who can say.

    I even called them. Microsoft truly SUCKS. I don't think I would ever waste my time with a scheme like this again. All they want is to mine your information and once they have what you need they toss you to the side.

    Nothing ever came bac from the 2 cases I created and I just realized I can no longer access my cash back from MS neither. so now it's about money too. Maybe I can some where with that .
