Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?

I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

    Same thing happened to me back in December and they still have never responded to email and every time I try to send a new thing its all greyed out. The only thing I can think of that I did was I share a cell phone with my wife, the phone number thing was never an issue before. Seen some about more then one account in a household, the terms of service was always 5 accounts per household. Been using rewards since way back it first started as bing rewards back in 2011. Never had any issues until the last six months. No vpn was used whatever that even is.

    It's nothing you did, just an effort by Microsoft to remove an expense they no longer want to support, suspending Rewards accounts across the board with no explanations and no appeal.

    I did finally get my account restored after more than two months, and got *sort of* an explanation. I found some old MS email addresses and tried emailing some of them and one of them forwarded my email to the proper channel. I was told my search patterns were considered "bot-like" and that was why my account was suspended, and that this was done to "protect the rewards program from abuse." I was compensated with 250 points (less than a day's worth of points for sure) but I'm back earning points.

    Congratulations! I never heard anything from Microsoft.

    And I just typed my searches and did the other **** like quizzes and such. Well they pissed me off to no end.

    I know this forum is just for us to vent and NO ONE at Microsoft looks at it.
