Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?

I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

    I have the same issue. The absolutely worthless link for Rewards Support (bing.com) does literally nothing. Honestly not even sure why it's a thing. Daily emails for two weeks and I've gotten 0 replies.

    I've tried contacting Microsoft Support but it's just a bunch of illiterate GPT users who claim that Microsoft Rewards "responds within 24 hours" (they do not) and that "they totally can't talk to that department at all".

    Well I heard nothing either. I sent in the arbitration form Saturday physically. I sent it in DAYS ago electronically. I sent the other form days and days ago and haven't heard a peep.

    They don't care. Microsoft just wants to clean up the bottom line.

    We should contact the FTC or the Consumer Protection Bureau maybe

    I opened one up and even sent in the arbitration form and I did this days ago and I heard nothing as well.

    I have also had this issue opened up a support ticket and have not heard anything back. I put in a ticket 3 days ago , nothing from MS
