My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?
I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

Another person who was banned mentioned and I found it on Microsoft.com. I sent in the ONLINE version of and have heard nothing. I mailed one on this past Saturday and I heard nothing yet on either

How does one find this arbitration form? I'm new to all of this, but have got no responses from anyone at rewards. It just makes us feel like since we had so many points they just suspended the account as to not pay them out.

Hello, my account and my husband's account has been suspended, not sure why. Only that my husband and I have an account, we share a computer, laptop & 1 smart phone. It's all we can afford. We don't each have our own devices. We both have a lot of points that have just disappeared. We use these rewards to buy supplies for christmas gifts. Consequently, we're out of our rewards and not able to buy baking supplies. We also use Bing to stay current with news and what's happening in the world. My account is about 10 years old, his about 7 years old. This has never happened? Rules say that you can have up to 6 accounts per household. Not quite sure how this has happened? We're not doing anything wrong. No VPN, no VoIP. Not sure what most of this stuff is. Would just like to continue using Bing has we have for so many years. Also would like to have our points returned to us. Very disappointed in the points that we have already lost. I have sent to messages stating a return message in 24 hours, none have been returned. Both accounts were suspended on 11/30/2023? It's just strange. Any assistance in recovering our accounts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
