Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

Don't even bother trying. They've done this to two of my accounts now (which exist without ever overlapping) without me ever having done anything remotely violating the terms. Microsoft Rewards support is **** and the advice here is comparable to a band-aid for terminal cancer.

I noticed this with a lot of big tech companies. If you need support it's all an automated process and you submit something and you never hear anything. The worst part I did NOTHING wrong. I currently work from home most of the time so before I sign onto my laptop I would sign into Bing.com on my personal desktop and did the various tasks they give you to do like polls, puzzles, searches and so on. All was legit me typing no VPN or Bots just me. And wham bang thank you man the suspend me.

Oh I should have known better that to waste my time on a free rewards program.

For example, if you have something like this on a credit card they DO NOT want to piss you off because you will LEAVE their card and move onto another credit card. And they make a lot of money on you using their credit card.

On this Bing Rewards program, they just don't care if you go back to Google. But a lot of BUY Microsoft stuff like games or Office, well that is not going to happen. Now they could resolve this and give me my points back.

But I won't hold my breath. They just don't care.

I hear you. I had even more points than that. BOOM, GONE! They destroyed the rewards program. A lot of people really counted on their point totals for Christmas shopping, etc. At least give us the points that we WORKED FOR..I didn't "TAKE" them, or "STEAL" them. I EARNED THEM! People are going to move on from BING , and even MICROSOFT at this point. Everyone's emails and questions going unanswered. Of course. They don't care anymore. I bet if you owed them money or had to pay a bill, all of us would have no problem getting someone to assist in that! Whatever, I'm over it. They can take their now make-believe-rewards program and go pound sand.

Well I had around 264000 points. I was saving up for Microsoft software before I was SCREWED over by Bing.

I would log into Bing before I would work. I work from home and this was all legit. I would just do searches, puzzles, polls, and all the other tasks Bing gives you and one day like Nov 30th or Dec 1st or 2nd it was gone.

I think Microsoft ran some algorithm and suspended a HUGE amount of accounts.

If you look at the posts they all are around that timeframe.

I didn't use a bot of VPN and this was just me typing.

So they pissed off a lot of people will come to HATE Microsoft.

If they didn't want to have the progam any more fine just tell us that. Let us redeem what we earned.

But NO they want all the points cancelled out and all they will get is a lot of bad blood with customers!

I also had my rewards account suspended for no reason and I had over 350,000 rewards points. How do we get reinstated and keep our points? I didn't use a VPN, don't have multiple accounts and don't use bots so not sure why I was suspended.
