Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

Same thing happened to me back in December and they still have never responded to email and every time I try to send a new thing its all greyed out. The only thing I can think of that I did was I share a cell phone with my wife, the phone number thing was never an issue before. Seen some about more then one account in a household, the terms of service was always 5 accounts per household. Been using rewards since way back it first started as bing rewards back in 2011. Never had any issues until the last six months. No vpn was used whatever that even is.

I didn't use VPN. But google account connected in this phone number so, this is the problem. Why my account was suspended i don't konw. Please help me for recovery normal account

I have nothing related to any Violation mentioned in the list! I literally don't know any reason behind the suspension of my account, I was not using any illegal methods! will you please verify my account and resolve this issue!

I too, like many of you, also had my Microsoft Rewards account suspended without notice or explanation at the beginning of December 2023. I have submitted multiple tickets with no response, spent hours on the phone or text chat with support, and I can get no answer and no resolution. Just today I spent two hours on chat, got a phone call back from Microsoft support, after 40 minutes they transferred me to someone else, and after 20 minutes on that call I got disconnected. This is so frustrating. Has anyone gotten anywhere with this? It seems more than a coincidence that so many of us had their high-value rewards accounts suspended at the same time. I personally had accrued over 500,000 points.

You can add me to the list of people that got suspended as well, along with my family member. I have had a Microsoft account for years and years. We did nothing different. For years we have had the rewards program with no problem. No VPN or any other violation. I am very disappointed and it happened to me around the same time as everyone else. Just in time for Microsoft's last quarter aka the Holidays. Everything is automated and generic.
