Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?

I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

    I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. May I ask if you ever used VPN while earning points in Microsoft Rewards? Please note that using VPN is not advisable as it violates Microsoft’s Terms of Services: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement/. Also, please ensure you’re not sharing the same phone number with other accounts and you’re not using a VoIP number when redeeming as doing so violates the program policy and may result in issues with redeeming rewards.
