My account got suspended and I'm not sure why. My wife and I both have our own Microsoft rewards account, so maybe they think I'm doing multiple account?
I tried to create a ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support, but all the fields are gray out, and the top just say "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program."

Not every trend!
I'm a little offended that seemingly every other suspension trend got those nearly identical generic replies except mine.
I guess whoever writes these generic replies doesn't like reading, but in my defense they do tell us to be thorough when making these reports. Or maybe they're all chatbots.
We can only hope. But I'm not getting much confidence in that happening with how every thread is getting the same generic reply and it hasn't been addressed at all as an issue.
It seems like several people including myself got our account suspended out of the blue on the 30th or around that time. I've done none of the things that the suspension notice says could increase account suspension but I still got my account suspended yesterday. I was guessing it had to do with strange activity because of a major internet and cell service outage in my area or some sort of weird complication with GeForce Now in conjunction with PC Game Pass. But if there's several sudden cases of warrantless suspensions around the same time there might be some sort of deeper issue here.
This has happened to me as well. Me and my mother both have separate accounts. Both of us are banned suddenly. I haven't used any exploits, any bots, or any shortcuts. I don't expect that she did either. Is there anyone to contact because this came out of nowhere, I had this account for years.

Thank you for the response. I do not have VPN, and have not redeem recently; basically just saving points for the next console.
Do I have to agree to the service agreement again somewhere to use the support feature or creating a ticket? All the fields are still grayed out.
