Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

You can tell Microsoft customer service you can talk to existing humans who work at Microsoft I have done it many times and have gotten money from points and bought many things on games

I appealed something because I was never paid and support team closed out my case. They are a scam. 100%

It's not a scam try again maybe I just got a new gift card I can show you a picture of you want. First you must earn the money with points then you redeem and wait a day then you will get a email with your gift card code.
