So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

I would not necessarily call that a popup, but more of an error message, most folks actually state exactly what you did with this message. The original message gave us nothing to go on...

    1. You quit doing what ever it is they think you are doing. Look at the terms of service to double check to make sure you are not doing something you are not supposed to. The top offenses are: No VPN, No VOIP phone, Not having multiple accounts, Not searching in multiple markets. There may also be more everyone should check out.
    2. You write to MS Rewards Support and ask about it.
    3. You try to redeem using the Start app. This is what I finally worked for me (as explained somewhere else in this post.) I could not redeem (same message as you got) since late June 2023. I could finally start redeeming last month. I still got that message after every $10 I redeemed, so it took about a week of redeeming 1 every 24-ish hours.

Let us know if any of this works out for you.

It does work. I just cashed in 80 dollars worth of points. Where it says url or some letters like that, Click on it to get your code. I didn't know what to do either but finally figured it out. Good luck.
