So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.
Any one help please?

"We're always testing new ideas to try to improve your Microsoft Rewards experience. There’s also a recent change, wherein you will only earn from your searches activities and there will be no bonus points awarded.
We would like to inform you that the experience you had about not earning bonus points after your searches is by design. We're always testing new ideas to try to improve your Microsoft Rewards experience."
I guess I can wave good bye to my promised 1000 bonus then. Microsoft rewards - if you wish to 'improve your Microsoft Rewards experience', I suggest you keep to your promises.
Did a glitch then got 400 rbx, say goodbye then it's too late lol.

I got my 150 bonus points today and my 1000 puzzle was restored today as well (after about 2 weeks of being grayed out.) Check yours again.

This evening I completed 34 Bing searches on my laptop, but none have been counted. I've since done more Bing searches on both mobile and laptop and none are earning points. Looks like it will have to be another message to Microsoft rewards support.

You may be able to start your mobile search again(??) There is something going on with rewards (yesterday) and today. You must wait about 5 seconds before going on to the next search. I only got 80 (out of 100) for my mobile search today; it seems to be stuck. Let me update that; it now says I have 105 out of 100; however it is gray not a blue circle as it is when you have completed the task. Look up some reddit/microsoft rewards posts, as others are having these problems too.
