So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

For me it works but know this, DO NOT ENTER SWEEPSTAKES whether you could 1 or 25 entries you will most likely never win. Just use your points for xbox game pass or xbox gift cards
Yes, what a ripoff, redeemed points for a Walmart gift card, which I never received.
It's not a spam, once it said "Theres an issue with your acc or order" and there was a real problem with my account but it's a very little problem that I have never noticed and when i fixed it I started getting money and now I have about $250 !

If i was like that, I such earned 4000 points. But at the moment, they disabled my account.
And i made 2 months of progress to do this and all lost in once.
