Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

trust me it is a scam what is happening with me is as soon as i collect enough points to redeem a gift card it is no more and now i have collect even more points now to redeem it for higher value so in the end you'll never be able to redeem it because it keeps on increasing and all it wants you to do is keep on using bing !!!!!!!!!

I finally figured it out:

I had the same issue but then I noticed the phone number and this is what I noticed.

If you use a modern phone number (like 01234 567890 for example) Microsoft rewards will not accept it. You will need a landline number (like 20 7123 4567) for them to actually accept it.

It's nonsense, I know but that is how they verified it.
