So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Nope, it is legit. I've been getting Amazon $5 gift cards for a couple years at least as soon as I accumulate 5250 reward points.

The points are a lie, it is so that you do not go to the competition of Google.
I am participating since 06/11/2023 and the winners are out before exchanging points. Offers end 06/30/2023 I redeemed them and it keeps saying the same winners.

I already did it more than once. But it seems that the winners are from the day the offers open, they are already signed up and they are hidden. The same happens with other offers, some random winners appear until the offer ends.
Note: I have redeemed xN times and the winners are always people who do not even exist in the civil registry of the country.

Sorry, it has been confirmed not working by Bing support for me. I have screenshots as proof.
Maybe instead of bragging (and probably lying, given other replies), you could troubleshoot instead of being absolutely unhelpful? The page has been blank for over two years for me. It took that long to be confirmed by Bing support and then they had no solution. The <removed>customer support says a LOT against random prize bragging. Customer service couldn't even send me a codes for TWO giftcards since the only thing I could use for points was the news. What works doesn't even work completely.
Yes they even don't respond for messages and when i am trying to reedem it's showing error and something wrong but everything is correct in my account and and they won't tell what's the problem, i spent 2months on this.
So please don't trust this microsoft this is a fake and waste of our time
