So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I think it's a scam. I've spent a long time trying to "redeem" but the links never work properly like ........... hmmmmm we can't find that page ............... it takes forever to get thru it - and when i finally did (once) I never got the promised email confirmation.
This is not the way to endear users - it would be funny if it wasn't so misleading.
It is strange whe way microfots atretafical robot dose all the thinking . t's getting worse . I so far for spending aroud 4 grand should have got 4000 piints but only got about 2000, an finnaly got a gift card , at 2 places 5 and 10 dollar one so ghey do make it comfusing . I think it' more set u for people who spend 10 grand a month , then rewards would amount to a lot , but if you got that much agan reawrds are not much. Right now all y amazon buys are not showing up only walmart where I barly shop , so for small amouts , I found gift card s are the only way tp redeem small amounts and save some on the next items if its avalible wher you shop . There list only offers 2 places I online shop . So its aleast for a better price for tolit paper . LOL $/4 what it's worth
