So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

well i personally believe that microsoft rewards isnt a scam since i got my gift card ig ur just unlucky lil man

I did manage to get a code on my phone for a 10 dollar gift card ( Amazon but ig's onlt 6 letters and Amazon will not see it as valad . I think it also sent an email but it again did not show . I guess eventually I'll figure it out
OK , I finnaly figured it out and got a 10 dollaer gift card for walmart and a 5 dollar one for Amazon , so thanks for the advise
