Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    There was nothing in spam/junk so it's a PC problem and really dont want there awards , just wish they would stop popping up for them and blocking my cart when I check out . is not worth the 10 bucks to chase down . My PC life has never been the same since microisoft downloadded windows 10 on my old LT and then had me change email;s to outlook , and now there is 2 confused accounts . My last LP was not even big enough to hold windows 10 and still confused how and why microsoft downloaded it without my consent . The cons of dealing with artifical inteligence - microsoft help

    Person, maybe somebody hacked your account. Think. And not replying back isn't a 'scam'. They're probably just very busy, or maybe YOU JUST HAD TO PUT 'Please Reply Back' SO THEY COULD ANSWER TO YOU
