So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    Yes thats how microfofe escats the fund and keeps it so they ack like your account is closeed when is not so they will not have to pay the errnd money The=at is so sad that the extreamly rich are ssteeling from the poor who neeed it the most and all those times I checked for the cash back it for them and not me , they are 100% theives. When I go to chek out ther wnating cash back blocks my odrder so I click on it so I can see my order is correct anothe scam they use to gey my cash back in there pockets

    If i was like that, I such earned 4000 points. But at the moment, they disabled my account.

    And i made 2 months of progress to do this and all lost in once.

    So i think u are right.

    It's not a spam, once it said "Theres an issue with your acc or order" and there was a real problem with my account but it's a very little problem that I have never noticed and when i fixed it I started getting money and now I have about $250 !

    Yes, what a ripoff, redeemed points for a Walmart gift card, which I never received.
