So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Well, it keeps me from having to pay for it each month. It's basically free money. But you can also just turn it into money for the Microsoft Store. Just look at the Redeem page and you will see all the options. It's pretty simple.
So what your saying is the rewards are good for items we do not need just game a waist of time . what else dose it cover?
Always works fine for me. I mostly redeem for Xbox stuff. The rewards can basically cover my game pass subscription.
When I try to redeem i have to do my password but it's not letting me do my password.
