So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    YES, it is factual, I had Microsoft lock me out of my account then take my points, 708 points, away from me. I think it is lawsuit time. I sent them an email but sorry to admit it but Mr. Gates has stopped caring about us and never will I receive a reply back from Microsoft over this fraud that is being done upon us. Please, anyone have any ideas about seeing Microsoft, I have proof they did this to me, us.

    I just looked. 13,000 points can be redeemed for a $10 Amazon gift card. They also have target, Walmart, a bunch of food places, etc.

    nah, you can get amazon cards with it and spend on whatever you want.

    I haven't had any issues with it. I get amazon gift cards with it. The Microsoft Cashback rebate thing is **** though, because you can't cash out unless you have a PayPal. There's no way I'm using those crooks after the **** they tried to pull last year.
