So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

KI went to redeem and it said it was going to send me a code for 10 DOLLer Amazon gift card . But did not send as I ytried 5 times . Now it ask for code ?
Just go to the Redeem page on the rewards website. There's tons of stuff you can choose from. It's super easy.
I just got a email about microfost rewards and its still dose not tell anything but to juin there seepstakes for some game you can win . Maybe the rewards are only good for games . I have no time to play games . The only game I'm playing is this reward game,and it's becoming nonsece .
