So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

'Oh but it is'' grammatically agrees with me. I don't have any options to turn anything on or off. I never did. I didn't turn the page blank and if I could, don't you think customer service would have told me how to turn it back on instead of making stuff up?
oh but it is. Half the time it barely works and I had the microsoft giving thing OFF, but it was turned ON even though its not supposed to, and a lost 7,000 points
Sorry. It' is definitely a scam. The rewards page has been a big blank white page on all browsers since September. Customer service has been useless. They have asked for recording when explicitly told there is nothing to record and recordings are not screenshots (which I always told them I had and offered) or never replied at all. I tried TWICE to get giftcards with points and asked where the hell the code was since I never received them and only once did customer service respond and they asked if I needed help signing up.
Illiterate and rude customer service. Inactive page. Broken links and false rewards. All signs point to a scam and that is I DARE to not just say it scam but to tell the TRUTH that it is a scam.
If it wasn't, wouldn't customer service ACTUALLY READ and ACTUALLY ANSWER my simple request of 'your page is blank, I have proof, please fix it' or 'where is the code I was supposed to receive for a giftcard?'
Its not a scam I litterly got a lot of robux because of this. How dare u say Microsoft is a scam!
