So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

Pretty awful experience. I'm going to uninstall Edge and Bing now. Why is Microsoft deliberately damaging their reputation?

Yes! It is a scam. For me was a clear scam. After I have reached over 15300 rewards points for a gift card they send me a blank email. Plus. The eMag gift card that was my target dissapeard after I have collected the necesary points. The same day! But how I have just said, when I have redeemed for the H&M gift card the mail from reward team was a blank one with two links to buy Microsoft 365.

I think so too, even most of the time I don't get my points any point when I'm supposed to get them, when already wasted my time to get them.

I agree. They broke my streak. Tell me to send in screenshots of proof that I logged on and they don't even bother to look at them. I have the proof and they don't care. Very unethical on their part.
