So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

idk if it is even a scam I got something that said it gave 500,000 reward points said I will get in 24 hours if I don't get the points it is a legit SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry to say it that "something" (an email or what?) probably IS a scam... I hope you did NOT click the link, or go to some (unknown) site to redeem it.
BUT MS rewards is NOT a scam. I have redeems hundreds of dollars in MS rewards over the years...
