Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    It used to be you would 5 points for each search. Not anymore.

    Customer service is not a service at all. If they do get back with you it is written at a 2nd grade level, they dont make a sense or at best do not answer the question or address our concerns.

    I use Bing less and less lately because I do not respect a company that states one thing but does not support what they say

    i advice you not to use it bc its a 3rd party software selling your data in exchange for money and at the end they dont give you your reward

    It is not worth it because they will suspend your acount for no reason and give you no context on why they did that. If you go ask them why they will send a message saying that you violated one of their "rules" and your microsoft rewards account is suspended. IT IS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME

    Hi im having the same issue today can not redeem for any gift cards from Amazon but yet they let me redeem for Roblocks reward, I believe there is a scam going on with the whole rewards points and I'm going to start publishing it to the likes of sky news as this seems like a wide spread issue and needs to be stopped , and yes I agree they do not even reply when you put in a report even though it states you will get a reply within 24hrs which is blatantly incorrect.

    I don't think it's a scam. I just cashed out for $505 on Amazon gift cards, and cashed out for others in the past. Over half a grand in free money just for spending a few minutes every day using a search engine and participating in quizzes and whatnot is definitely not a scam. Yes, it took a while to get that much, but I don't care.
