So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    Blame those who on youtube shown how use mobile option on PC using Edge.

    Another cheated move.
    They remove getting points on mobile searches on PC using F12 + headlighted toogle mobile device. on Edge.
    Just great now two searhcing wheels are gone for good for me.

    Good; it's "cheater" moves like YOURS that have screwed the rest of us. Try legit searches in the future...

    Yes it is I've been spending money all year and doing stuff so I can buy games in Christmas and they do this what a pathetic excuse of a company

    It used to be you would 5 points for each search. Not anymore.

    Customer service is not a service at all. If they do get back with you it is written at a 2nd grade level, they dont make a sense or at best do not answer the question or address our concerns.

    I use Bing less and less lately because I do not respect a company that states one thing but does not support what they say

    Send this post to a feedback form (on any search page) they will have a better chance of seeing it, as everyone here are just regular users....
