So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

It's a complete scam. They would consistently take mybreward points Ai was using to get my Gamepass Ultimate without paying on my card for them to always take both my card and my points. So I rook my card info off and just used my reward points for a 3 month subscription for Gamepass Ultimate. Six days later I lost access for lack of funds. Complete ****.
