Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    Even if you create a new email account, with new phone number, still it wont work. Basically this rewards program is a scam. It might be randomly working for some handful of people.

    No search credits for over 2 weeks and "support" gives me the same **** suggestions that dont work, then say the case id]s "closed"! Will be cancelling my account if I ever get to the reward poitnt total.

    I am epically miserable with this stupid program. I have all these points and no way to redeem them. I reach a certain point and they want me to give myself a new email, password and name. Now what the F should I call myself--Bugs Bunny, Hello Kitty, Chelsea Clinton? I am beyond frustrated with this monumental TEASE and no one helping me. Is this a scam? I am beginning to think so.

    Do it; get a new email address. Minus the smarty-pants names. How tough is that? Your problem sounds so easy to remedy; not like so many others posting here....

    I had this same problem. Had 15,000 points and tried to redeem. It said the issue thing so i contacted support and they banned my account and said i violated the terms of service by having multiple accounts in the household, when they literally say in their Tos u can have 6 accounts per household and I Only had 1 to my name while the other was my brothers. They banned both accounts and i contacted them again and they straight up ignored me.

    Do you use separate phone numbers? If so, it may be a glitch read some Reddit post on the topic some people have reported the glitch in the past.
