So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I've redeemed points several times for Amazon gift cards. It is a little laborious to go from email, to redeem code to then getting the gift card but cut and paste is how I do it. Not a scam. I've also gotten cash back on stuff. Not huge amounts but every little bit is nice.
