So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.
Any one help please?

2024-06-27T03:21:04+00:00 Maybe I will stop use Microsoft Rewards, It is totally a scam. When I have enough, it is impossible to redeem. And the team never reply, I have search every corner on my Outlook, but I found nothing. Then I just be ban because of thing I didn't done.

I tried to purchase a 5$ gift card with points, then go to Roblox to purchase 5$ worth of currency, but then it says there was an error, and it WASN'T taken from my account, but it infact took ALL of my gift card! It then logs me out of Roblox and doesn't allow me back in. Coincidence? I don't think so.
