So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    No it is not a scam it exchanges your earned points for gift cards

    Maybe I will stop use Microsoft Rewards, It is totally a scam. When I have enough, it is impossible to redeem. And the team never reply, I have search every corner on my Outlook, but I found nothing. Then I just be ban because of thing I didn't done.
