So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.
Any one help please?

2023-03-03T12:04:19+00:00 I just looked. 13,000 points can be redeemed for a $10 Amazon gift card. They also have target, Walmart, a bunch of food places, etc.

2023-03-03T01:30:25+00:00 I haven't had any issues with it. I get amazon gift cards with it. The Microsoft Cashback rebate thing is **** though, because you can't cash out unless you have a PayPal. There's no way I'm using those crooks after the **** they tried to pull last year.

2023-02-25T18:33:09+00:00 I have been collecting points from 2 months in the beginning it was showing VALORANT RP points which can be redeemed that was the reason I started collecting as I come closer to my goal points the RP card disappeared out of nowhere now I really feel pissed off I will never use its bing if there is option to uninstall edge I would definitely go for it.
