So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I don't know why Microsoft needs to run this scam rewards scheme...
Google, apple, etc all big chaps don't have this.
the only legitimate rewards scheme is by Google.
I think it's a scam. I've spent a long time trying to "redeem" but the links never work properly like ........... hmmmmm we can't find that page ............... it takes forever to get thru it - and when i finally did (once) I never got the promised email confirmation.
This is not the way to endear users - it would be funny if it wasn't so misleading.

Person, maybe somebody hacked your account. Think. And not replying back isn't a 'scam'. They're probably just very busy, or maybe YOU JUST HAD TO PUT 'Please Reply Back' SO THEY COULD ANSWER TO YOU
KI went to redeem and it said it was going to send me a code for 10 DOLLer Amazon gift card . But did not send as I ytried 5 times . Now it ask for code ?
