So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Yes, I think we should find a lawyer and file a lawsuit against Microsoft. I believe we should have enough group of people to sign up and claim this is a scam. I had spent years of doing these surveys and to find out that i cannot redeem anything, this is absolutely a scam. Does anyone knows a lawyer that is willing to help us file a lawsuit and be compensate later once we win the case??

Since it is a scam it is a pity no one will ever have some sort of class action lawsuit to get money in the amount of what the gift cards are worth.
No search credits for over 2 weeks and "support" gives me the same **** suggestions that dont work, then say the case id]s "closed"! Will be cancelling my account if I ever get to the reward poitnt total.
