So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.
Any one help please?

2023-11-30T22:34:59+00:00 It appears that in solving one problem the 1000 point jigsaw that they have caused another with todays search points being deleted and/or not being recorded. I hope they sort it and everything is working again soon.

2023-11-30T22:23:13+00:00 I've just checked mine and yes its back with a tick for today. However the 60 mobile points I've earned this morning have all disappeared. This evening I completed 34 Bing searches on my laptop, but none have been counted. I've since done more Bing searches on both mobile and laptop and none are earning points. Looks like it will have to be another message to Microsoft rewards support.
You may be able to start your mobile search again(??) There is something going on with rewards (yesterday) and today. You must wait about 5 seconds before going on to the next search. I only got 80 (out of 100) for my mobile search today; it seems to be stuck. Let me update that; it now says I have 105 out of 100; however it is gray not a blue circle as it is when you have completed the task. Look up some reddit/microsoft rewards posts, as others are having these problems too.
