So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

Ive redeemed over 543k points over the years. And theres periods in the last 5 years that i didnt do this, or xbox at all, sometimes for months. I probably should be close to a mil, lol.

Anyway, ive said a couple times in this thread, def NOT a scam. If you get all the points available every day in a month, and youre level with the ultimate game pass, you end up with like $25, or more for that month, if you cash in for xbox gift card(s). On the first of the month, I got a $10 card. But that was the auto redeem plan, so those points used really came from September. But since then, ive cashed in for a $5 & a $10 card, so $15 so far this month (you can also see your spend and earn history with dates you cashed in for the current, and the last previous month). My available point balance as of now is 8976. But im not done for today yet. I still need to get the 150 for PC searches (which really i do on xbox). Then i need to get achievement in a game pass game to get 53 points from quests. 50 for the achievement and 3 for playing a GP game. Then the last thing i need to do is go on my laptop and play a quick solitaire game. For that its 100 points for "play a pc game" mission in the xbox mobile app. It says 50 points, but then when you claim the points it gives 25 bonus points if you have over 7 friends on xbox, and another 25 for being a game pass subscriber. Theres also a mission that says play 1 level of jewel for +30, and this one also gives you double, theres 30 bonus points when you claim. But i did the jewel earlier so that 60 is in my current available. But so another 150, and 53, and 100, will be 303. So that wil bring me to 9279. Which is actually just 21 points from another $10. Then 10 more days in this month. So it'll be $30 free in xbox money for this month. And thats typical. Id say $30 to $35 a month i get.

One thing i think they should look into changing is the level. Theres level 1, and level 2, thats it. I know with level 2 the gift cards cost a few hundred less points then they do for level 1, and there are more daily points availabe to you. The other thing that is a big change is the points you get for purchases in xbox or the microsoft website. Its 2 points per $1 for level 1, and 10 per dollar for level 2, BUT, if youre level 2 and a game pass subscriber it jumps up to 20 per dollar. So really, if you cash in 9300 for $10 gift card, then spend that $10, you get 200 points back for the purchase. So its really like 9100 points, just you need 9300 up front then get 200 rebated. Anyway, im saying there should be more levels. 3 or maybe 4. Maybe instead of numbers you say entry level, then bronze level, silver, then gold. Its just kind of weird, you can go up one level. Why have levels then?

    I finally figured it out:

I had the same issue but then I noticed the phone number and this is what I noticed.

If you use a modern phone number (like 01234 567890 for example) Microsoft rewards will not accept it. You will need a landline number (like 20 7123 4567) for them to actually accept it.

It's nonsense, I know but that is how they verified it.

Thanks!! They did suggest to me to try using another number; way back when I started having problems. I just don't know anybody with a landline other than my bank, or my cell phone company (both with multiple lines) so that might make it tough to get a call to me.
