Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

To a degree, its worse than expected. I use a VPN and was rejected from the program due to "access to rewards from different locations". So, Microsoft do not appear to be concerned about security. I almost want to drop the VPN, get hacked and sue Microsoft for lack of security controls.

The ISSUE is you used a VPN for redeeming in multiple markets...and that is against their terms of service!! Stop WASTING OUR TIME; CHEATER!!

Turns out that you can't use Microsoft Rewards Abroad. So if you were to make a search on edge abroad and collect points from it (done authomatically) you will be disqualified for using it abroad.

How the hell do Microsoft expect you to work if you for instance moved abroad for a holiday and wanted to gain rewards?

Frankly the fact that when I open chrome Edge has a pop saying to use it for a better experience is ridiculous.

I used edge every single day for a month and it pains me that this is the standard Microsoft is willing to go to for it's customers.

It is my understanding you will be able to redeem when you are home again.

Yes I did and when I try to use the call me option it says I dont have a phone listed in my account and will only accept a cell phone number to list in the account.. they are lying about being able to use a landline to scam us at this point. Well they are a software company (they build computers for crying out loud) it should not take that long to fix a glitch and its a way to keep people from cashing out.. they can say glitches but I say BS.. I did the work and Im honest and I expect to be paid when I try to cash out.. I have emailed them and which i might say they keep that support link hidden very well making it difficult for people to find for a reason. It should not be a three ring circuse to cash out the way I have cashed out for years

Agreed; but are you just going to keep complaining about the same thing over, and over again to a bunch of people like ourselves that are having the same problem?

Look up some other complaints posts for the last few months at places like Reddit (and elsewhere) some people have found a remedy there; I have not.
