Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    They changed things with out notice , I have always cashed out using my landline.. Now its refusing..yes I have emailed them...and get stupid responses that has nothing to do with the issue or is not addressing the problem just saying we can not get past that, welll that was not what I was asking I asked them to fix their issues

    dont you just love when a company says you violated TOS but then they dont tell you what you did to violate the TOS so you have no clue what they are saying you have done...I know this has happened to many people

    Yes I did and when I try to use the call me option it says I dont have a phone listed in my account and will only accept a cell phone number to list in the account.. they are lying about being able to use a landline to scam us at this point. Well they are a software company (they build computers for crying out loud) it should not take that long to fix a glitch and its a way to keep people from cashing out.. they can say glitches but I say BS.. I did the work and Im honest and I expect to be paid when I try to cash out.. I have emailed them and which i might say they keep that support link hidden very well making it difficult for people to find for a reason. It should not be a three ring circuse to cash out the way I have cashed out for years

    I have emailed them and it has not been fixed I have tried to use my daughters cell phone and it would not do it so YES it has become a scam . I have been a long time member and they are screwing me over and keeping my earnings... I have used my land line in the past. NOT NOW..I did use my daughters cell phone ONCE and now they will not allow that... its plan and simple this site has become a SCAM when they will not fix their issues.. and hurt long time members of the site.. and this will also cause me to stop buying anything that is Microsoft
