So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I agreed man they are full of scam just on redeeming points ask you to add a phone number but form Microsoft they don't wants you to add when contact support they don't focus on your problem just suggest you contact rewards that is no response from them in normally 2-3 weeks and that response from rewards is also not helpful, the support team from Microsoft account never let you add a phone number and they just trying to block your ways just to go scam on people by calling it Microsoft rewards. its heartbreaking that a big organization is scamming with people mostly with those in underdeveloped countries. It's shameful Microsoft shameful

It took many months but I finally earned enough to redeem a $5 gift card, but on the redeem page the box to click to redeem is grayed out and won't let me click!! I've tried refreshing, going in again from start page, the button won't let me click it! I have more points than I need and the homepage tells me to redeem, but it is blocked for no reason and support never responds! SCAM!
It is not a scam; I have redeemed hundreds of dollars in rewards. Try a different browser, also the GC you chose may not be currently available in a $5 amount (they sometimes change) maybe sign out and back into your account, and I also know they are also having some redemption problems currently.
