So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    Well, it keeps me from having to pay for it each month. It's basically free money. But you can also just turn it into money for the Microsoft Store. Just look at the Redeem page and you will see all the options. It's pretty simple.

    Yes thats how microfofe escats the fund and keeps it so they ack like your account is closeed when is not so they will not have to pay the errnd money The=at is so sad that the extreamly rich are ssteeling from the poor who neeed it the most and all those times I checked for the cash back it for them and not me , they are 100% theives. When I go to chek out ther wnating cash back blocks my odrder so I click on it so I can see my order is correct anothe scam they use to gey my cash back in there pockets
