Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

You may have to start a new ticket/complaint to them. I almost think they don't reply to messages which are replies to their messages.

I was able to redeem rewards with them. Where did you have the problem? I did it online and got an Amazon card. Just go to the page to check your points, and you can redeem right there.

I never had any issue with redeeming (knock on wood), and hope it stays that way. so I can't relate to that. But the customer service does take a week or two to get back to you, IF they get back to you at all. And yes often you never here back from them. So yes I do agree with you.This is something they really need to improve on..

You are lucky; I was lucky too until a few weeks ago. There are many Reddit threads as well as a couple of MSN threads regarding redeeming rewards problems. I agree customer service is very slow lately, and with all of the MSN layoff's I fear it won't get any quicker.
