Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

I never had any issue with redeeming (knock on wood), and hope it stays that way. so I can't relate to that. But the customer service does take a week or two to get back to you, IF they get back to you at all. And yes often you never here back from them. So yes I do agree with you.This is something they really need to improve on..

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Support in the USA is very slow too. Previously about 2 days to hear back, now with this current problem more like 4 (or more) days. There is an actual problem and it occurred about a year ago too. There are many posts on MSN, and Reddit on the topic. And I am lucky to get 300-350 points a day in the USA , and I complete every task available.

How do you get 500 points a day? XBox? I usually only get 300-350 (in the USA) but I only do searches, quizzes, and daily streak, and the 10 day 150 bonus.
