So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

There are a few Reddit threads with this topic. Almost the same thing happened about a year ago, they fixed the problem without notifying anybody it was up again... I think we just have to be patient, unless anybody is one of the folks gaming the system with multiple accounts, and/or multiple regions, VPN, VoIP phone,etc...

    Hey user,

I have got a Amazon gift card from Microsoft rewards.

It's not a scam or fraud or spam whatever you say.

I have received MANY rewards until this month anyway. Then it all went to hell. They gave multiple excuses as to why I was having an account problem; VoIP phone for verification, using a VPN, collecting points from various regions.. To which I have done NONE of...

Same with me! Exactly! and only ONE account for me...

All is fine, I am from Latvia, it is a small country in Europe, for some reason they have different amounts of points you can earn. Main issue is that it isn't all that different from the USA version, we simply don't have daily offers, only daily searches. This is probably because Microsoft mainly cares that people use Bing, they don't care about equality.

Everybody complaining about Bing having different redemption amounts in different countries. I think It may have something to do with the value of the dollar in different countries, or maybe different rules (of that country about how much "free" stuff they can give) for different countries. I really don't think they want to be unfair and maybe the different things people can play or not play maybe related to too many different languages vs being unfair, although I agree with Kristers; it is mostly about getting people to search with Bing...

That is unfair. I did not know it was different for other places. I think it should be the same offers for everybody. Everyone that has a microsoft account. Like i said above, 500 is a bad day. More like 700 or s usually and with good days getting 1 or 2 thousand if you finish weekly and monthly tasks on that day too. What country are you in if you dont mind me asking? Yeah, i didnt realize its different. I wouldve thought you get the same pages. And maybe just translated to the official language for countries that have other than English. That sucks. Im dorry to hear that.

Yes, this all is nice, only issue is that living in a smaller country equals only daily Bing search points, which are 2 times less than the search points in, for example, USA. Yes it isn't a scam, but they really don't worry about the users as much as other programmes. In USA it is easy to earn almost 500 points daily, but where I live, the number is only little over a 100. Plus their support system is very slow and not very caring. Microsoft Rewards isn't a scam, it just feels unfair.
