So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

I did, since before it wasn't against the rules, or not at least stated. You are lucky to be able to earn this many points, I am lucky to only earn less than 200 points in my home country and I don't have daily offers, only searches.

I get 100 extra points searching on my phone very day, and 20 from Edge searches every day. Do you do those too? All of the rest of the points are on Bing, including whatever activity.

    Hey user,

I have got a Amazon gift card from Microsoft rewards.

It's not a scam or fraud or spam whatever you say.

    Your probably from microsoft,

your the only one standing up for microsoft

Wrong, I have received many, many $$$ Microsoft rewards over the years until yesterday. Now, I'm looking to fix the problem as their customer service can't/won't.

No, I got free robux and it is legit. I only spent a week using vpns to get unlimited quests. The whole process is quick and fast and only took 5 minutes.

It's folks like you that are messing the rest of us legitimate users up now. Microsoft says a VPN is a No, No; acquiring more that he 300 or so points a day is FRAUD...

Agreed. The site stopped working last year without notice. I've gotten two messages I could redeem points since I can still use the news, but they refuse to send me the codes (which have expired by now). I sent them hundreds of messages their site broke and their points can't be redeemed. Customer service actually MADE what my problem was and told me how to troubleshoot it AFTER I told them cookies and browsers did not affect the problem, and it was clearly on their end. If you tell them what they did wrong or just ask them to solve your real problem, they close the whole thing and never respond to you again like a child throwing a tantrum. This has happened since September LAST YEEAR. I quit last month. That's too many tantrums for a babysitter and I am NOT Bing's babysitter. They didn't even have the guts to say they stopped the program.

Look in your rewards history. I have found them there when I was too impatient to wait for the email.
