So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

I agree. They broke my streak. Tell me to send in screenshots of proof that I logged on and they don't even bother to look at them. I have the proof and they don't care. Very unethical on their part.
I lost my streak (unwarranted, as I log on every day) about that time too.
It's not a spam, once it said "Theres an issue with your acc or order" and there was a real problem with my account but it's a very little problem that I have never noticed and when i fixed it I started getting money and now I have about $250 !
So, how did you fix it? I am having that problem now and there is NO fix for me, at least from the customer service folks..
You know Microsoft sends you and email, then you have to do what it says; click the links, etc.. Look through your old emails for it.

OK I was wrong and ask for some help. as I am a Amazon prime member I remember somethig about a gift card but also e=reqquie=red a mobile phone # and I have no cellar servis in this remoe area I live in , so am just so confused .
You don't have to have a mobile number, you can also have a land line for verification, just choose get a call, and add your number. For some reason they do not want us to have a VoIP phone.
Yeah I've been reaching out to Microsoft Rewards Customer service via email with no luck .... highly disappointed because I told my family and friends about "the discounts you can receive through Microsoft awards" but i haven't received my rebate yet. The Reps take very long to respond back , also they close out service request EXTREMELY quickly. Not sure if I'll use any more discounts from Microsoft... back to google chrome.
