So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    Yeah it worked before, but now using VPN causes so many issues. Which sucks since my country had Microsoft rewards, but you basically can earn a tiny fraction of the points you can earn in the US.

    I just had a problem with redeeming rewards, and a BIG no, no was using a VPN. Try accruing points not on the VPN, then redeeming also not on the VPN. Apparently people cheat the system using a VPN, accruing points in multiple regions. Or is that what you were doing? We only get about 300-350 or so points a day with regular searching.

    I have got a Amazon gift card from Microsoft rewards.

    It's not a scam or fraud or spam whatever you say.

    I have received MANY rewards until this month anyway. Then it all went to hell. They gave multiple excuses as to why I was having an account problem; VoIP phone for verification, using a VPN, collecting points from various regions.. To which I have done NONE of...

    Yes they even don't respond for messages and when i am trying to reedem it's showing error and something wrong but everything is correct in my account and and they won't tell what's the problem, i spent 2months on this.

    So please don't trust this microsoft this is a fake and waste of our time

    Sorry, it has been confirmed not working by Bing support for me. I have screenshots as proof.

    Maybe instead of bragging (and probably lying, given other replies), you could troubleshoot instead of being absolutely unhelpful? The page has been blank for over two years for me. It took that long to be confirmed by Bing support and then they had no solution. The <removed>customer support says a LOT against random prize bragging. Customer service couldn't even send me a codes for TWO giftcards since the only thing I could use for points was the news. What works doesn't even work completely.
