Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    I have been collecting points from 2 months in the beginning it was showing VALORANT RP points which can be redeemed that was the reason I started collecting as I come closer to my goal points the RP card disappeared out of nowhere now I really feel pissed off I will never use its bing if there is option to uninstall edge I would definitely go for it.

    There are other browsers that you can use instead of Edge. My last two laptops came preinstalled with MS Edge but I downloaded Chrome and use it most of the time. I still use Firefox, as well.

    Edge has been horrible too. It freezes up and half the time I can't even flatbar it to get to my programs. And this is immediately after turning the computer on. Number of tabs? 2-4.

    I have no idea why, but Microsoft really wants to punch its own reputation in the face.
