So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I've redeemed points several times for Amazon gift cards. It is a little laborious to go from email, to redeem code to then getting the gift card but cut and paste is how I do it. Not a scam. I've also gotten cash back on stuff. Not huge amounts but every little bit is nice.
I don't know what is wrong with your Bing but I was able to get my robux.
I guess Microsoft wants people to use their search engine (Bing)? I think they will get money if people got influenced by the Microsoft Rewards. SAME for me too! I want to redeem my Robux from Microsoft Rewards but then it never gave me the Gift Card code :(

Have you ever redeemed any points before? If so your "old" rewards history is there. Go to redeem button at the top of your rewards page, then the left column, it is there.
It used to be at another location (on the main rewards page) just a few days ago for me, but that does not matter now that it is now changed location.
I never get a code despite verifying everything.
